Position Summary
Restorative Behavioral Health Services is seeking a qualified and motivated Child & Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This role involves providing outpatient therapeutic services to clients of diverse backgrounds, either in-person or via telehealth, based on the needs of the individuals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, and/or family therapy sessions
- Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with agency and state standards
- Collaborate with case managers, providers, and community resources as needed
- Collaborate with a fun, supportive team
- Maintain licensure and adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field
- Licensed in the state of Minnesota
- (Pre-licensed) Eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota (supervision availible)
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
