As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I am committed to providing affirming, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. My clinical experience includes supporting clients facing challenges related to autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and divorce. I bring a holistic and client-centered approach to every counseling session, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs and strengths of each person I work with.

I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients of all backgrounds and identities feel seen, heard, and respected. I am dedicated to providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals and families, and I integrate knowledge of LGBTQ+ experiences and concerns into my clinical practice with cultural humility and respect.

In addition to my core training, I have completed specialized certifications in ADHD – Moving Beyond Medication and Neuroscience for Treating Anxiety, Panic, and Worry, which allow me to incorporate research and brain-based strategies into therapy.

Whether you are seeking support for your child, navigating relationship challenges, healing from trauma, or exploring personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space within my therapy sessions, where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

I have a special passion for working with adolescents, teens and adults, helping them manage stress, build confidence, and establish healthy relationships.
